At Rosen Sunshine, we help dentists with a range of professional regulation proceedings with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) including complaint and discipline matters and appeals. 

We also represent dentists in hospital complaints, privilege challenges, and other workplace or practice related disputes. This includes advocacy at the first sign of a complaint or concern, assisting dentists in meetings with administration or at meetings of the Credentials Committee or Medical Advisory Committee, and representing dentists in hearings before the hospital board of directors.

Our firm also provides advice on legal compliance issues and representation before various tribunals, boards, and courts. We frequently represent dentists in RCDSO investigations and other proceedings. Having spoken at the Ontario Dental Association’s Annual Spring Meeting and written in dental publications, we are familiar with the issues dentists face.
