At Rosen Sunshine, we serve as independent legal counsel to a wide variety of tribunals and independent committees of regulators. When serving as ILC, our primary focus has been ensuring that the panel runs a fair and efficient hearing. This includes providing assistance and advice during and in connection with hearings before discipline or fitness to practice committees, as well as providing training and education to committee members.
