Sari Feferman Speaks at The Osgoode Certificate in Professional Regulation and Discipline in the Health Care Sector

On November 25, Sari Feferman was a co-panelist alongside alongside Alexandra Wilbee and Chris Aljawhiri at The Osgoode Certificate in Professional Regulation and Discipline in the Health Care Sector, where she provided a defence-counsel perspective on Pre-Hearing Conferences. She discussed PHCs from both the registrant’s point of view and her perspective as Independent Legal Counsel to the PHC Chair. Sari highlighted the significant stress registrants often experience by the time they reach a PHC and emphasized the importance of trauma-informed approaches in regulatory processes.
