Sari Feferman Speaks at The Osgoode Certificate in Professional Regulation and Discipline in the Health Care Sector

On November 25, Sari Feferman was a co-panelist alongside alongside Alexandra Wilbee and Chris Aljawhiri at The Osgoode Certificate in Professional Regulation and Discipline in the Health Care Sector, where she provided a defence-counsel perspective on Pre-Hearing Conferences. She discussed PHCs from both the registrant’s point of view and her perspective as Independent Legal Counsel to the PHC Chair.
