Rosen Sunshine Welcomes Two New Associates to the Firm

Rosen Sunshine LLP is proud to welcome Jordan Spears and Alice Sandiford to the firm. Both bring exceptional experience, strong public sector backgrounds, and a commitment to providing practical, client-focused legal advice. Their additions further strengthen the firm's ability to advise v professionals, healthcare organizations, institutions, and regulators with a broad range of health law and regulatory law issues and represent them in proceedings.

Jordan Spears’ practice focuses on health law, privacy, and administrative law. Prior to entering private practice, Jordan worked in provincial and federal government roles focused on public health, policy development, and information governance. She is passionate about the intersection of law, healthcare, and public policy, and is equally committed to mentorship and supporting the next generation of legal professionals. Jordan holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa, a Master of Information from the University of Toronto, a Master of Arts from Queen's University, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of King's College.

Alice Sandiford advises professionals, institutions, and individuals on a broad range of health law, regulatory, administrative, privacy, and human rights matters. Prior to joining the firm, Alice gained experience in advisory work, litigation, professional regulation, and coroner's inquests, appearing before administrative tribunals and courts across Ontario. She earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo. Alice focuses on providing practical, responsive, and thoughtful legal advice tailored to her clients' needs.
